Party Perfect Asheville has been serving Western North Carolina since 2005.
Whether it’s a Kids Birthday Party for 8, a corporate event or festival for several thousand, Party Perfect Asheville is ready to create the perfect party for you!
Our specialty is bringing the party to you – and we also work with many indoor venues such as community centers, malls, hotels, schools and churches.

In our 14th year of business in Western North Carolina we are not new to this industry and we will be around for years to come. That is quite different from a ‘here today gone tomorrow’ rental company who is just looking to rent an inflatable as often as possible.
Our party leaders love creating lasting memories for children, and their passion shines through in their service.
We have $2 million full liability insurance coverage.
All of our inflatables are North Carolina State Inspected which verifies insurance and that equipment is licensed and approved to US safety standards. Even though the law requires the inspection of each inflatable used for public events, not all local companies choose to abide by this regulation.
All of our Party Leaders are employees and are covered by worker’s compensation insurance provided by Party Perfect Asheville, other rental companies use staff that are paid as subcontractors who do not have their own insurance. This insurance is one more level of protection Party Perfect Asheville chooses to provide to our customers.
Party Perfect Asheville serves Asheville, Hendersonville, Arden, Flat Rock, Etowah, Brevard, Mills River, Fletcher, Fairview, Black Mountain, Marion, Weaverville, Burnsville, Marshall, Leicester, Candler, Canton, Clyde, and Waynesville. An additional travel charge may apply to cover the extra gas and staffing time to party locations outside of our local service area, which is 20 minutes from our location.

Our owners, Doug and Ruth Hutchins, have lived, worked and played in the Asheville area for over 19 years, and are now raising their two daughters in the beautiful mountains of WNC.
As a family owned and operated business it is our privilege to build a team, as we hire and train local staff, and empower them to lead extraordinary parties and events. We have planned thousands of parties and events over the years, with our team of energetic and enthusiastic Party Leaders, who love to help create lasting memories for children and their families.
