Do you have prices listed on the website?

Organizing events for families requires creativity and a strong focus on safety. Our team takes great pride in planning each event to ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

Our services range from a basic face painter for 2 hours right up to a full-service event for 10,000 people. For this reason, we need to know a few details about your event in order to provide you with a quote. Please fill out a free quote request or call our office at 828-335-5437 so we can get you the information in a timely manner.

Do you have an indoor location?

Party Perfect Asheville does not have its own indoor locations. We like to bring the party to you and we operate year-round. We have many locations we work with indoors including; malls, community centers, schools, office buildings, and private homes, etc. For more options and ideas on where we can hold your party or event please ask, we can send you a list of local indoor venues we’re aware of.

Is Party Perfect Asheville experienced in children and family-oriented events?

Since 2005 Party Perfect Asheville has organized thousands of birthday parties and events involving kids and families, so we know a thing or two about celebrating! We continue to take great pride in being the leader in the children’s entertainment industry in Western North Carolina. What is the safety and insurance requirements needed for a party or event?

Every year Party Perfect Asheville spend thousands of dollars to maintain proper safety training, liability insurance and state safety certifications.
Every state has basic requirements for public events. These include certification permits for the operation of inflatable bouncers and a minimum $2 million of liability insurance. Operators or attendants for the equipment are required.

For private residence party’s certification permits are not required, however, if you have inflatable equipment at your home you must ensure the company has $2 million liability insurance.

Liability insurance is also required for any company providing a service this includes but is not limited to: a clown, face painter, balloon twister, musician, magician, character visits or princess parties, etc. All services provided by Party Perfect Asheville are covered.
Failure to meet these requirements can result in unnecessary liability to the person or corporation holding the event. By hiring Party Perfect Asheville, you can sit back and enjoy the celebration and “let us do it for you’’.

What happens if there’s inclement weather such as rain, snow or high winds?

Since 2005 we have seen just about every weather condition possible. Our main priority in every situation is the children’s safety at an event. We have many different options available to you. We will do everything we can to make sure you have the best party or event possible considering the circumstances. We have hosted parties for years in snow, rain, heat, and cold. We are very experienced in diverse weather conditions and we can help you with creative solutions.

We can operate in light to medium rain, and as a matter of fact most kids have a blast in the summer months playing on the wet inflatables and equipment. Our party leaders are highly trained and experienced in helping to keep the children safe in these conditions. They will even join in sometimes playing in the wet bounce houses.

If inclement weather does occur (such as torrential downpour, thunder and lightning, snow, ice, winds exceeding 15 mph) then you may choose to move your party indoors. We have lots of indoor activities that may be an option for your party or event. Indoor activities can include: face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, games, crafts, concessions and more. Some of our equipment can be set-up indoors depending on the ceiling height or space available.  We can work with you to organize an effective alternative option as a “rain plan” for your party or event.
In some cases, we may be able to move your party or event date with enough notice, as we need time to contact and reschedule staff.
If you are concerned about the weather, then please call us ASAP and we can discuss alternative options. Communicating with us early will create the best solution.

WEATHER POLICY: Party Perfect Asheville cannot control the weather and we cannot be held responsible if the inflatable becomes unusable due to inclement weather. We operate in light rain but will take down the inflatable in the instance of inclement weather because our main priority is the safety of the children using our equipment. Inclement weather includes torrential downpour, thunder and lightning, snow, ice, winds exceeding 15 mph. If you have booked one of our Party Fun or theme party packages, we can continue indoors with face painting / glitter tattoos, balloon twisting and games, then as soon as the inclement weather has passed, and it is safe to continue with the inflatable, we will get it back up and running. Our goal is to ensure the children are having fun and enjoying the party. Dress the children appropriately for the weather or provide an alternative indoor location. If you move the party to an indoor location that is outside of our local service area, then an additional travel charge may be applied. If you would like to change to one of our Indoor Party Packages (without an inflatable) pending supplies are available, then 24 hours’ notice is required. If the weather forecast shows a 70% or higher chance of precipitation, with at least 24 hours’ notice you may reschedule your party to another date or time, dependent on our availability, and a portion of your deposit may go towards the new date chosen. No refunds or discounts will be given due to inclement weather.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: $50.00 non-refundable office booking fee required for all bookings. Written notice must be received at least 45 days prior to event for full refund, written notice received at least 30 days prior results in 25% of deposit withheld, at least 14 days prior notice results in 50% of deposit withheld, at least 8 days prior notice results in 75% of deposit withheld, 7 days or less no refund of deposit. If rescheduling your event date at least 72 hours prior then some, or possibly all your deposit, pending circumstances, may go towards a second date chosen. Exclusions apply for July 4th, last weekend in October and October 31st.

Are your clowns professional?

Party Perfect basic clowns are described as a ragdoll style. These clowns can provide face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon twisting or games leadership.
If you are looking for a high-end professional clown that does a show, we can suggest a number of excellent options to suit your budget.

Do you sell party supplies?

We do not sell party supplies (helium balloon, paper ware, table covers, decorations), but we do rent our concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones) and we can provide a wide selection of craft activities such as: Pet Stuffing, Sand Art, Ceramic Mug or Tile Trivet Decorating, lots of holiday theme crafts and more.
